Full job description

Site Equip is the South’s leading supplier of portable welfare facilities, operating in the construction and events industries. Through our investment in people we are able to expand and develop our innovative and forward thinking company.

Working from our yard at Lasham, Hampshire, alongside a friendly team, to build and maintain trailers and vacuum equipment.

Working within Site Build manufacturing department a multi-trades operative will be manufacturing and maintaining our toilet, shower, and accommodation trailers. You will liaise closely with the friendly Site Build team and manufacturing supervisor.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Cutting GRP to specifications
Assembly of parts as per design (dry fit)
Basic Plumbing
Basic carpentry
Fixing cubicles, pans, sinks, and vanity units
Self-assembly before galvanizing
Assembly of axels, brakes, lighting equipment
Ensuring quality finish and spec are as per the job specification
Assisting with other elements for construction as required
Maintaining health and safety standards at all times
Managing workshop app to complete jobs

Looking for someone who is:

Able to multitask, work to deadlines, and have high attention to detail
Has a good level of fitness and is able to complete manual handling duties
Enthusiastic and a friendly attitude towards work
Mechanical and basic plumbing skills are an advantage
Able to prioritize, complete tasks efficiently and work within a team
Is conscientious, organised and has a high attention to detail
Able to prioritise, complete tasks efficiently and work on own and within a team
Flexible working, weekends and evenings
