Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organised individual who can efficiently handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve working at weekends.

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded.
Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating with team members to optimise workflow.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed.
Utilise Excel and Outlook for various administrative tasks, including managing emails and financial records.
Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Skills

Proficient in office management and administrative procedures.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Excel and Outlook is highly desirable.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately while using computerised systems for data management.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work output.

24 Hours Per Week
