About the Role

The Intake Data Analyst reports to the Intake Data Manager. We anticipate this can be a hybrid role with the 'home' office being based in Leeds. Primary responsibilities include:

Managing and administrating the updating of data for client records to ensure that the correct information is recorded on each file
Analysing large sets of data to ensure they meet internal guidelines
Ongoing review of newly created files to ensure the correct client group information is recorded in line with internal process
Liaison with client service professionals and lawyers to confirm the correct data inputs on existing client files
Updating backlogged data within current systems to prepare for future migration
Review and administration of new and existing client files to ensure the correct fee and disbursement rate sets have been attached where applicable
A variety of other Data Rule Project work within the business' wider Client Engagement Lifecycle project

Advanced in Excel – Including Pivot Tables and Advanced Formulas
Power Query Desirable but not mandatory
