Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Supervisor to join our team in Leeds, England. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating daily operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring business processes run efficiently. You will play an important role in maintaining high operational standards while developing your leadership career within a supportive and growing organization.

What you'll do:

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflows.
Support and guide team members to achieve performance and productivity goals.
Coordinate workloads and assist with scheduling and resource planning.
Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are consistently followed.
Assist with onboarding and supporting new employees.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Work closely with management and other departments to improve business performance.
Help resolve day-to-day operational challenges in a professional manner.
Promote a positive, safe, and collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in operations, administration, customer service, logistics, retail, or a supervisory role is beneficial but not essential.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
