Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations and maintain strong client relationships within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing accounts, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the company's financial health. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic team environment.

Duties

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
Liaise with clients to address queries, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
Assist in the development of financial strategies to support organisational goals
Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or a related financial role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse financial data and prepare comprehensive reports
Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards
A recognised qualification in finance, accounting, or business administration is desirable but not essential
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is advantageous
