Job Summary - MPC LTD, we looking for multiple positions, part-time and full-time for a new takeover of a soft play Company.

Join our vibrant team as a Soft Play Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create a fun and safe environment for children to explore, play, and grow! In this energetic role, you will oversee the operation of our soft play area, ensuring that every child has an enjoyable experience while maintaining safety standards. Your positive attitude and management skills will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for families and guests alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively hospitality environment focused on delivering memorable moments for children and their families.

Responsibilities

Supervise children engaging in soft play activities, ensuring they follow safety guidelines at all times
Manage the soft play area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
Provide excellent guest services by greeting families warmly and addressing their needs promptly
Enforce rules and safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during playtime
Assist with setting up and tidying the soft play zone before and after operating hours
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience and handle any incidents professionally
Support management in maintaining equipment, supplies, and overall cleanliness of the play area

Experience

Previous experience in management or supervisory roles within hospitality or childcare environments is preferred
Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a lively setting
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to children’s play areas is advantageous
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
