Summary
We are seeking a Qualified Dental Nurse or Treatment Co-ordinator, eager to develop in the dental healthcare field, to join our friendly team in the UK. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient well-being and support our practice’s mission.
Treatment Coordinator / Full-Time Qualified Dental Nurse
40 Hours per week Monday – Friday only
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse to join our friendly and dynamic team.
This is a unique and varied role that combines chairside dental nursing with reception duties and involvement in our social media and marketing activities. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, patient interaction, and has a creative flair.
We are a mixed private and NHS practice offering general dentistry and hygiene services, alongside implants, Invisalign, and a wide range of cosmetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties
- Provide chairside assistance across a wide range of dental treatments
- Maintain high standards of infection control and decontamination
- Work closely with dentists and hygienists to deliver exceptional patient care
- Support digital workflow, using Pearl Dental Software
- Monitoring lab workflow, including digital scanning
Reception & Patient Care
- Welcome patients and provide an excellent standard of customer service
- Manage appointments, phone calls, and patient enquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
- Support recall systems and patient follow-ups
- Assist in converting enquiries into booked appointments
Marketing & Social Media
- Support practice marketing initiatives
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms
What We’re Looking For
- GDC registered Dental Nurse
- A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Interest or experience in social media
Skills & Personal Qualities
- Strong patient care focus
- Well-organised with good time management skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional manner
- Reliable and able to prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to use initiative and work independently when required
