About the Role:

Bangor is known for its coastal charm, welcoming community, and easy access to wider Northern Ireland, and at Eagleland Holiday Services, we bring that same organised and customer focused approach to travel support. We help customers, partners, and internal teams keep booking details, travel updates, and service requests running smoothly.

We are looking for a Travel Operations Coordinator who can support daily travel operations and help maintain a reliable experience for customers planning holidays and leisure trips. You are not just handling bookings; you are coordinating information, following up on requests, updating records, and helping ensure travel arrangements are managed accurately from start to finish.

You will work closely with customer support, sales support, reservations, and operations teams to make sure customer details are clear, booking updates are handled properly, and daily tasks move forward on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Operations Support: Coordinate daily travel related tasks, booking updates, customer requests, supplier follow ups, and internal team communication.

Booking Coordination: Assist with checking reservation details, updating customer records, confirming information, and helping ensure booking notes are accurate.

Customer Communication: Respond professionally to customer queries, provide clear updates, and escalate more complex concerns to the correct team member.

Supplier and Partner Follow Up: Communicate with travel partners, accommodation providers, or service contacts when updates, confirmations, or corrections are needed.

Record Management: Maintain accurate spreadsheets, booking trackers, customer notes, task lists, and operational documents.

Reporting: Prepare simple booking summaries, service updates, issue logs, and daily activity reports for supervisors or management.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in travel support, reservations, customer service, administration, operations coordination, or sales support is preferred.

Organisation: You can manage multiple bookings, update records accurately, and follow processes carefully.

Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, speak professionally, and coordinate confidently with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Attention to Detail: You notice missing information, booking errors, and deadline risks before they become bigger problems.

Tooling: You are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, shared calendars, customer records, and basic booking or CRM systems.

Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise tasks, follow up properly, and keep travel operations moving.

Pay: £2,200.00-£2,600.00 per month
