Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring that sales processes run smoothly. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position will be covering both depots in Mallusk and Maydown.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients to ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing as needed.
Provide support in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns and updating website.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or services
Assist the sales team with finance proposals and invoicing
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
preferred candidate to have an understanding and familiarization of our products & industry
