Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Contractor to oversee and execute maintenance tasks across various residential properties on Wirral. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, very experienced, and have excellent problem-solving abilities to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

liaise and organise work schedule with the office. Report back once repairs are complete of further work is needed.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, basic plastering and painting.
Manage a maintenance list, book appointments with tenant and liaise with the main office.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Liaise with clients/tenants to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Skills

experienced in Joinery, basic Plumbing and basic Electrical work
Broad understanding of general maintenance procedures across various trades.
Customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients while delivering high-quality maintenance services. .

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £140.00 per day
