Full job description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Do you love Brazilian culture and cuisine? If so, we want you to join our team as a Front of House Team Member at our busy and exciting Brazilian restaurant!

At Bem Brasil, we bring the authentic flavours of Brazil to the heart of Liverpool. Our lively atmosphere, delicious dishes, and warm hospitality make us a favourite spot for both locals and tourists. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and hardworking individuals to be a part of our front-of-house team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.

Assist with seating bookings and arrangements.

Provide menus, explain dishes, and answer any questions guests may have about the menu.

Ensure guests are comfortable and satisfied with their dining experience.

Take orders, input them into the system, and comfortably relay amongst the team.

Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and accurately.

Handle payments and ensure the smooth operation of the front-of-house.

Cleaning and maintaining the dining area.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Key Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A positive, team-oriented attitude.

Basic knowledge of Brazilian culture and cuisine is a plus, but not essential.

Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
