Were on the lookout for a dynamic and highly organised Events Coordinator to join our Marketing, Business Development & Communications team at Fletchers Group.

Main Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Delivery
- Support the Senior Events Manager in developing and delivering the annual internal events calendar aligned to business priorities and cultural milestones.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events including venue sourcing, catering, travel, AV, room setup, materials, and branding.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, themes, and key messages for each event.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVP tracking ensuring accurate and timely communication.
- Support in coordinating hybrid and virtual event delivery where required.
- Ensure every event is delivered to a high standard, reflecting our culture and brand values.
Engagement and Communication
- Partner with Internal Communications to align messaging and post-event follow-up.
- Help capture and share stories, highlights, and photography to celebrate success across internal channels.
- Support initiatives that enhance colleague experience and create moments of connection across locations.
Budget and Administration
- Assist in tracking event budgets, invoices, and expenses ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.
- Maintain the internal events calendar and database of suppliers, venues, and partners.
- Support evaluation of events through surveys and feedback to measure impact and identify improvements.
Collaboration and Culture
- Act as a positive ambassador for the marketing, business development and communications team across the business.
- Work closely with People, Responsible Business and the Business Development, Marketing and Communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all engagement activities.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and partners to deliver events that are memorable, inclusive, and aligned to the Fletchers brand experience.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in event coordination, ideally within internal or corporate environments.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Passionate about creating engaging, meaningful experiences that bring people together.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience in hybrid or virtual event delivery.
- Awareness of branding and internal communications principles.
- Basic understanding of budget management.
