Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our weekend team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing property operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. This is a weekend position only. Meaning the job is for every Saturday and Sunday. Comprising of shifts from 9am till 6.30pm, every Saturday and Sunday. There will be times that overtime will be available during the week to cover holidays and sickness, however this is optional and not mandatory, and will be paid at your normal hourly rate.

Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks related to property management, including data entry and record keeping.
Provide excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries from tenants, prospective renters, and vendors.
Assist in upselling available properties or services to enhance occupancy rates and client satisfaction.
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely service delivery.
Prepare reports on property performance and assist in budget tracking as required.
Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and efficiently.

Experience

Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles within property management being advantageous.
Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Experience in upselling or customer service roles would be beneficial.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. If you are passionate about property management and possess the skills outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Property Administrator.
