Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join our Purchasing team in Birkenhead. You'll play a key role in ensuring materials and services are purchased efficiently to support renewable energy and decarbonisation projects across the UK.

You'll Be Responsible For

Processing purchase orders.

Obtaining quotations and monitoring deliveries.

Supporting inventory administration.

Maintaining supplier records.

Resolving invoice queries.

Supporting operational teams with material requirements.

We're Looking For

Previous administration or purchasing experience.

Excellent organisational skills.

Attention to detail.

Good IT skills including Excel.

Construction or renewables experience desirable.
