Elite Conveyancing is a market-leading, national law firm based in Liverpool and also the outskirts of Cambridge and due to continued expansion we are once again looking to add to the team. This is a semi-legal role and would suit a paralegal / conveyancing assistant looking to progress and develop their conveyancing career.

Main Roles, Responsibilities and Benefits include:

Manage all post-completions activities, including but not limited to;
Lodging AP1 applications to HMLR
Liaising with Elite Lawyers to resolve any Requisitions
Ensure all milestones on relevant platforms have been updated to reflect that the matter has completed.
Ensuring LMS and Lender Exchange are kept up to date
Updating clients as to their registration status
Monitor priority and cancellation dates for registered titles
Proactive management of post-completion pipeline
To assist with AML checks, as required
To attend and contribute towards team meetings
To undertake training as and when required
Supporting other departments within the business when able
Opportunities to progress

Conveyancing knowledge required
