Full job description

Deshapeables is a growing e-commerce fashion business specialising in women's clothing and shapewear. We are looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused Customer Service & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day customer service, online store operations and general business administration.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, working with online systems and supporting the smooth running of a fast-paced e-commerce business.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, email and WhatsApp.
Provide accurate product and order information.
Create manual invoices using Shopify and Wix.
Escalate customer enquiries to the relevant team member when required.
Follow the company's Customer Service SOP at all times.

Shopify & Operations

Upload new products to Shopify.
Name products and write product descriptions in accordance with the company SOP.
Update product information on Shopify.
Assist with general administrative tasks.
Support Deshapeables Tradefair operations when required.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Organised, reliable and proactive.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Ability to work independently and follow company SOPs.
Basic knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage (training will be provided).
Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.

Resumption from 9:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday.
This is an on-site role based in Liverpool.
