Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee daily operations at our Parts Plus Centre in Llangefni , Anglesey .This Centre is the parts distribution hub serving Ford dealers and independent garages throughout North Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Centre, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and experience in managing a similar Parts Plus operation or managing a Parts Department in a large car dealership. This is a fast paced environment and requires a well organized , experienced and dynamic individual

The successful candidate would be working closely with the Parts Plus and WR Davies Management team and ensuring the business achieves all its KPI's

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily centre activities to ensure operational excellence
Manage staff schedules, provide training, and support team development
Conduct regular safety inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Organize stock control, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory levels
Implement operational procedures to optimise productivity and minimise downtime
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
Ability to create a well organized and efficient operation managing team of Business Development Specialists , Warehouse Operatives , Telesales and Drivers.
Experience in managing teams, organizing workflows, and implementing process.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Previous experience in health and safety compliance is desirable

Pay: £42,500.00-£45,000.00 per year
