Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Holiday Let Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that holiday rental properties are impeccably clean and welcoming for guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the hospitality sector, providing high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly desirable. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of holiday rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to meet company standards.
Dispose of rubbish responsibly and ensure waste bins are emptied regularly.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is maintained in good working order.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning procedures.
Prepare properties for incoming guests by ensuring they are presentable and fully equipped.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning roles is advantageous.
Janitorial experience is highly beneficial, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness.
Flexibility to adapt to different property types and guest requirements. This role offers an engaging environment within the hospitality industry, where attention to detail and a professional attitude are essential for success. Applicants should be organised, reliable, and enthusiastic about maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness for our guests’ comfort.
Driving licence is essential for this role.

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
