Full job description

Job Overview

As a Housekeeper at Adventure Parc, Dolgarrog, you’ll be responsible for cleaning our adventure pods between guest stays and ensuring all shared venue spaces and communal facilities are well-maintained and hygienic. Your work helps create a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and reset adventure pods after guest departures, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, removing rubbish, and checking for damage or lost property.
Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as restrooms, shower blocks, reception areas, café/restaurants, and event spaces.
Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in communal facilities as needed.
Follow cleaning checklists and schedules to meet health and safety standards.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant team.
Keep cleaning tools and storage areas organized and in good condition.
Work cooperatively with other team members and respond to guest needs politely if approached.

Requirements

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential – full training provided.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet and outdoors.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
