What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Port Office Support team, you'll play a key role in supporting port operations through efficient administration and stock control activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Deliver administrative support to port operations and management teams
Maintain accurate stock control and business records
Support weighbridge, billing and reporting activities
Handle customer enquiries and telephone communications
Manage employee and payroll-related administration
Use SAP and other systems to support day-to-day port operations
Assist with general office and business support activities as required

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and management
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service

Desirable

Previous experience within a supply chain, logistics, transport, or operational environment
