Full job description

Job Overview An exciting opportunity to join our growing company based in Leiston, Suffolk as a Marketing executive /Brand Manager. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, results driven marketeer for our award winning sustainable wooden products.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and demonstrate exceptional organisational and project management skills.

This role requires creative thinking · Conceptualising, creating and delivering marketing campaigns to increase revenue and brand awareness.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's visibility and engagement across multiple platforms, worldwide. You will work with and report directly with the owner manager.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services to World class Museums, illustrators ,retailers and consumers.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Manage social media accounts, planning and creating engaging content across a schedule
ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Utilise Adobe Creative Suite for the design of promotional material, catalogues and campaigns.
· Creating and distributing e-mail marketing campaigns through Shopify, Mailchimp and Faire. database management skills required.
Assisting with managing our website and uploading products through Shopify and Faire
Prepare reports using Excel to track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
generate innovative ideas for campaigns and promotional activities.

Experience

Would suit an ambitious graduate as a first brand manager role.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, or another similar field (preferred, but not essential)
Experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment. preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel is essential.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data effectively.
Experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns.·
Experience using a retail platform such as Shopify. (preferred, but not essential)
Skills in copywriting and content creation.An interest in art or graphic design.

We expect you to work 2-3 days per week at our offices on the Suffolk coast .
