About you and the role

Full-Time 40 Hours – total package up to £30,000 per annum

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will join our Food & Beverage Management team to oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be key in supporting with managing the Food & Beverage team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Food & Beverage staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
Train, mentor, and evaluate Food & Beverage staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Ensure the Restaurant and Bar areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked.
Interact with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless and timely service.
Have great communication with all staff and guests alike.
Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Supervisory or management experience required.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations required, including wine and beverage pairing.
Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems required.
