Cubitt House is a collection of eight distinctive luxury London pubs celebrated for their seasonal British menus, impeccable hospitality, and timeless interiors. Inspired by master architect Thomas Cubitt, we honour London’s heritage by creating vibrant spaces that feel both elegant and welcoming. Our pubs—including The Thomas Cubitt, The Alfred Tennyson, The Orange, The Princess Royal, and The Grazing Goat—blend British craftsmanship with a sense of community, partnering with the finest artisans and producers to deliver exceptional experiences.

The Role

We’re looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join the team at The Thomas Cubitt.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you’ll be the face of Cubitt House, delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest. You’ll help create memorable dining experiences, supporting the team to ensure each visit exceeds expectations and reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.

Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure accurate billing.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.

Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service throughout the shift.

Assist with stock management, table settings, and preparation as needed.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a front-of-house or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.

Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Full eligibility to work in the UK.
