Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating projects, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring work is delivered efficiently. As a Project Coordinator, you will assist with planning, scheduling, reporting, and communication across multiple projects while helping ensure deadlines and project objectives are achieved. What You'll Do

Coordinate day-to-day project activities to support successful project delivery.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
Monitor project timelines and help ensure key milestones are achieved.
Communicate project updates with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers when required.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks.
Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when appropriate.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure effective project coordination.
Assist with preparing project reports, presentations, and performance updates.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in project coordination, administration, operations, customer service, business support, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not required.
