We are seeking an organized, outgoing Picker/Packer to join our expanding team in London. As direct customer-facing brand activation specialists, we focus on interactive audience engagement and campaign fulfillment. Working alongside experienced mentors, you will organize promotional materials for live venue setups, manage campaign stock, support face-to-face team operations, and engage prospective buyers directly while building skills to step into future team leadership roles.

Every campaign has one clear focus: connecting partner brands with consumers through clear, engaging interaction and flawless execution.

As a Picker/Packer, you will play a central role in bringing brand promotions to life across active venue setups, retail pop-ups, and high-footfall sites in London. You will prepare event kits, manage inventory on-site, engage prospective buyers directly, deliver tailored product overviews, answer public inquiries, and secure new account registrations.

No two shifts are identical, giving you practical exposure to diverse campaign logistics, customer communication strategies, and target-driven sales environments.

Your Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to:

Assist campaign leads with morning strategy sessions, stock auditing, and daily briefing huddles
Collect customer feedback, monitor campaign stock levels, and track conversion metrics on-site to help optimize delivery
Work collaboratively with team members to hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Continuously refine your objection handling, inventory coordination, and interpersonal presentation skills
