Salary:

✅ London Living Wage (LLW)

Working Hours:

Chadwell Heath

Monday-Friday: 16:00 - 21:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 17:00

Contract Type: Zero-Hours Casual Worker Contract

Rush Green (Academy Matches)

16:30 - 22:30

Little Heath (Academy Matches)

09:00 - 15:00
Most weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Hours shown are average timings and may vary depending on fixtures and events.

Age Requirement:

Applicants must be 18 years or older due to the nature of the stewarding role.

West Ham United is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Matchday Stewarding Team across our venues in Essex and East London.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin or further develop your stewarding career while representing one of England's most iconic football clubs. We are looking for people who can help deliver a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for supporters, players, staff and visitors.

Requirements:

✔️ Acting as the first point of contact for customers

✔️ Delivering excellent customer service

✔️ Monitoring crowd safety and security

✔️ Managing entry and exit points

✔️ Checking tickets and accreditation

✔️ Preventing unauthorised access

✔️ Managing conflict professionally

✔️ Working effectively as part of a team
