Company Overview

Right at Home Camden, Hampstead & Golders Green is a trusted local homecare provider and part of the wider Right at Home UK network. We deliver high-quality, person-centred care that supports adults to live safely and independently at home, while providing our care staff with strong support, training, and opportunities to grow.

We are currently seeking an experienced Female Live-in Carer to support one of our female clients based in Golders Green, London.

Minimum requirement:

At least 2 years’ live-in care experience

About the Client
Our female client requires support with all aspects of daily living and uses a Sara Steady to assist with mobility and transfers. She would benefit from a calm, caring, and attentive companion who can provide reassurance and encouragement throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will be kind, reliable, and able to build a positive and trusting relationship with the client. A carer who can speak Thai would be highly preferred to support communication

About the Role

Our Live-in Carers enable adults requiring care and support to remain independent and live in their own homes for as long as possible. If you have a caring nature and a genuine desire to help others in your community, this is a truly rewarding role.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
Follow individual care plans to meet each client's specific needs.
Support clients with daily activities, including mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders.
Maintain clear communication with clients and their families.
Ensure safety and comfort during all interactions.
Document care provided accurately and promptly.
Promote independence and well-being of clients.
Collaborate with the wider care team to deliver consistent support.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in home care or similar setting is preferred but not essential.
Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent communication skills in English and can speak Thai
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid right to work in the UK.
A clean driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes are beneficial.
Flexibility and reliability are highly valued.
