Balancing auditions, gigs, freelance work or creative projects? But still want to make serious money on the side?

This is a flexible, high-earning part-time role designed for people who don’t just want “a job” they want something that pays well and rewards effort.

At Freddie’s Flowers, we’re looking for confident, chatty and driven people to join our Restart’s Sales Team. A space where personality, energy and motivation turn into real earnings.

The Role

You’ll be speaking to previous customers. People who already know and love Freddie’s Flowers.

Your job is to:

Catch up with them in a natural, engaging way
Share what’s new and improved
Encourage them to restart their subscription

It’s not pushy, scripted selling, it’s good conversation with purpose. The better you connect, the more you earn.

Pay That Reflects Your Effort

Hourly rate - £14.75 + Uncapped commission
Daily OTE: £150 – £300+
Paid weekly

Minimum: 3 shifts per week (you choose your days)
Monday – Friday
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
