Dear Applicants,

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Staff to join our growing student accommodation team across two nearby properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the student accommodation and hospitality sector.

Our properties represent modern student living, and we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all residents and guests.

We are seeking a flexible and reliable team member who is available to work a rotating schedule of 2 day shifts and 3 night shifts per week.

Shift Pattern

2 Day Shifts

3 Night Shifts

Some night shifts will be based at a nearby sister property within close proximity.

Shifts are 8 hours long and schedules will be confirmed in advance. Additional optional shifts may also be available to cover holidays and busy periods.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including:

Responding to emails and resident enquiries

Monitoring access to the property

Conducting regular security and welfare checks

Supporting residents and handling emergencies professionally

Maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the shift

We are looking for someone with:

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company

The ability to work independently during night shifts

Good organisational and problem-solving skills

Previous experience in student accommodation, concierge, security, or hospitality is an advantage but not essential

Awareness of Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and First Aid procedures

Full training will be provided, along with opportunities for career progression as the company continues to expand.

Required Documents

Applicants must provide the following documents during the recruitment process:

Enhanced DBS Check including Children and Adult Barred List

(This can be arranged by us after successful application)

Two reference letters from recent employers

Passport / Visa copy and Right to Work documents

National Insurance Number

Proof of Address

Interviews are held weekly, and the position is available for an immediate start.
