Are you looking for a flexible, admin-free tutoring position? We are currently considering all applications, looking for enthusiastic and dedicated tutors to join our growing team across the London boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, and Greenwich.

Passmark Education is a specialist tutoring company dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised 11+ preparation for primary school students. We handle all the admin and planning support so you can focus entirely on teaching.

The Role

As a Passmark Education tutor, you will work with KS2 students in their homes, delivering structured and engaging 11+ tuition sessions tailored to each individual child. There is also scope for you to join our 1-week summer holiday intensive courses.

Your responsibilities

Deliver engaging, personalised 11+ tuition sessions at students’ homes

Use diagnostic assessment data to identify and address gaps in student knowledge

Follow structured session plans while adapting your approach to suit each learner

Track and monitor student progress over time

Communicate professionally with parents and our team

The ideal candidate

A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their learning

Strong subject knowledge across core 11+ areas (Maths, English, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude

Located in or near the London boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, or Greenwich

No prior tutoring experience required - full guidance and resources are provided
