Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Dairy Processing, Filling, Labeling, and Packing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic food production environment focused on delivering high-quality dairy products. You will be responsible for operating processing equipment, ensuring proper filling and labeling of products, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Your enthusiasm and commitment to food safety will help us uphold our standards of excellence while supporting efficient production workflows.

Responsibilities

Operate dairy processing machinery to produce consistent, high-quality products in accordance with established procedures.
Fill containers accurately with dairy products, ensuring proper volume and quality standards are met.
Apply labels precisely onto packaging to ensure correct product identification and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Pack finished products securely for shipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the process.
Follow strict food safety protocols, including HACCP guidelines, to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
Conduct routine equipment checks and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, quantities, and inspection results.

Qualifications

Prior experience in food production or dairy processing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards is highly desirable.
Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and quality checks.
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks safely.
Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean working environment.
