Who this position suits:

This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific)

You don't need to have worked in care before if you're kind, patient, and willing to learn, we'll support you every step of the way.

It could suit someone who's helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job.

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.

Whilst we encourage applications to other roles, candidates who already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions must meet the minimum eligibility of having at least two years remaining on your current visa.

About the Service:

The service supports 9 people of mixed genders and consists of two supported living settings located at Station Road, Twickenham.

We promote person centred support as well as independence, dignity and choices always while ensuring the safety and wellbeing for the People We Support

Rota Details:

The Rota consists of sleep -in shifts starting at 14.00 and finishing at 22.00, followed by an overnight Sleep-In. Staff then continue working the following day from 06.30am to 14.30pm. Afternoon shift start from 12.00-20.00.
