Position: Day Concierge

Location: Anthology Hoxton Press

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0700 - 1900

Salary: £30,000 p/a

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at a modern residential development, located in trendy Hoxton. Located within a stone’s throw of Shoreditch Park, the development consists of 234 residential apartments split across two uniquely hexagonal shaped buildings. The development boasts communal landscaped gardens, underground car parking and 24 hour concierge.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
