J Ll Leach are looking for a highly motivated Service Advisor who will take pride in bringing our brand values to life, while ensuring all clients have a positive customer experience.

You’ll join a fantastic team and work alongside people who have made it their mission to ensure customer satisfaction first time every time.

About this opportunity…

The Service Advisor will maintain excellent customer service by working with customers to determine their requirements, agreeing timeframes, and working with colleagues to convey the customers' concerns with accurate descriptions. To be a successful Service Advisor, you should have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities…

Listening and documenting customers concerns and passing the information to the relevant people
Answering questions about service and repair outcomes (after consulting with the service team if necessary)
Liaising with customers to schedule service and repair appointments
Estimating equipment repair costs and the time it will take for repairs to be completed (full training will be given)
Finding new customers and marketing J Ll Leach’s services to them
Resolving possible customer complaints
Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
Advising on technical queries and concerns (with help and assistance from others)
Booking equipment into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their booking.
Processing warranty paperwork for products
Upsell and finalising invoices on completion or work carried out

What you’ll bring…

Motivated, with a proactive approach to customer service.
Customer relations experience.
Mechanically Experienced
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
Must be IT literate, and a working knowledge of Protean would be advantageous.

Pay: £25,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
