Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. All positions are paid, including internships, and offer valuable experience within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks and food to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders accurately and efficiently using the bar POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using basic maths skills
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest queries and requests promptly
Assist in setting up and clearing tables or bar areas as required
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times, including responsible alcohol service

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery
A positive attitude with a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences
