Full job description

Puckator is a leading designer and supplier of giftware to the retail trade. Established for over 30 years, we are known for our creative and original giftware and homeware products. We are a friendly, design-led company.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Administrator to support our Buying and Licensing departments, based at our Head Office in Liskeard.

In addition to our Liskeard site, which includes a large warehouse serving the UK, we have offices and showrooms in Sheffield, Spain, Italy, France, and China, as well as a major warehouse in Wrocław, Poland, supporting customers outside the UK.

As we ship large volumes of stock from China to both the UK and Poland, this role is integral to ensuring goods are received accurately, recorded correctly in our systems, and supported by the appropriate documentation. You will also help ensure that all licensed products meet the specific criteria set by licensors.

Responsibilities and duties:

Inputting order and delivery data
Checking goods against invoices and payments
Liaising with suppliers in the UK and overseas via phone and email
Monitoring and tracking shipping dates
Providing general administrative support related to purchasing and licensed products

Qualifications and skills:

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Excel
Confident telephone manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous administration experience is desirable

Hours of work:
Permanent, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day. Start and finish times to be agreed at interview.

Location:
Lowman Works, East Taphouse (A390), Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 4NQ. Own transport is required due to the location.

Package:

£13,254 per annum
22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service
