Full-Time - Front of House Team Member

The Story of Emily – St Ive

We're searching for a full-time Front of House team member who is warm, intuitive, and enjoys making people's day just a little bit better.

About You

You naturally enjoy looking after people. You notice the little things, anticipate needs before they're asked, and take pride in creating an atmosphere where guests feel relaxed, valued, and at home.

You might be the kind of person who:

Smiles easily and enjoys genuine conversations with people.
Pays attention to the details that others miss.
Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be asked.
Thrives in a busy environment while remaining calm and positive.
Loves working as part of a close-knit team.

Previous restaurant or café experience is welcomed but not essential. We can teach skills; we're looking for attitude, curiosity, and a genuine desire to care for people.

The Role

You'll be involved in every aspect of creating an exceptional guest experience, including:

Greeting and seating guests with warmth and confidence.
Taking food and drink orders.
Serving food and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Learning our menu and confidently making recommendations.
Maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room.
Working closely with our kitchen to ensure every service runs smoothly.
Looking for opportunities to surprise and delight our guests through thoughtful, personal touches.
