Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Receptionist/Reservations specialist, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable first impressions for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that welcomes visitors, manages reservations, and ensures a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your positive attitude and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a welcoming environment, making guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage all reservation requests accurately via phone, online platforms, and in person.
Handle guest inquiries with clarity and courtesy, offering information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Use phone etiquette to answer calls efficiently, directing inquiries or reservations appropriately.
Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records, processing payments, and managing booking systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel reception or customer service roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Demonstrated guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of hospitality standards and reservation management systems is advantageous.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences are essential.
