Salary: £35,000.00 - £40,000.00 dependent on experience
Holiday: 20 days + B/Hols
Transport: Company Van will be provided to you upon successful completion of probationary period.
Mileage paid at 0.32 ppm, subject to review.
Bonus: Discretionary Annual Bonus

Your Role
The role itself will be pivotal in the ongoing success of our company as you will support key front-line services and experiences for our customers. You will work both independently and within team environment and should be able to adapt between the standards and expectations of differing customer needs. You should be able to recognise, with guidance, when high attention to detail and high-end finishing will be expected, through to navigating basic carpentry requirements. You should be comfortable working with all timber and be able to adapt and use differing techniques, best suitable to the task and finish.
As a member of the team, we will expect and welcome regular and constructive feedback to better the company, our processes, and policies. As a front-line member of our team, you would be expected to arrive for work, suitably dressed for the environment and professionally presented. Branded workwear and PPE will be provided FOC and you will be expected to wear it at all times.
You will be expected to be able to forge meaningful relationships with others trades and operatives in the business and have an appreciation for their work type.
You will help to shape and contribute to the structure and decisions within the business, and we expect a team centric approach.
We are looking for:
· ‘Green’ CSCS card ideal.
· Understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
· Understanding of COSHH and Safety Data Sheets
· Understanding of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
· Understanding of timber requirements, suitability for need and offer advice
· Ability to suitably prepare surfaces.
· Ability to read plans and construct accordingly.
· Able to interpret complex drawings, specific to construction and fit out as necessary:
o Kitchens, Stairs, Doors, Windows, Stud Partitioning, Fitted Furniture, Garden Rooms (excludes cabinet making!).
· Able to liaise with Site Manager
· Able to liaise with the procurement team over material requirements.
· Accurately assess material requirements.
· Predict timeframe requirements for completion.
· Possess good communication skills.
· Strong organisation and attention to detail.
· Positively influences others.
· Enthusiastic.
· Self-Starter / Motivated.

Your Background
You should have a track record of working within a team environment and be able to comfortably adapt to a changing landscape and environment with relative ease.
You should have experience prioritising work demands based on importance and time constraints and have a background in painting, decorating and finishes, along with being comfortable demonstrating your passion.
Experience working in both domestic and commercial environments ideal, however not essential.
Experience working on heritage buildings considered helpful and advantageous, although not essential.
Full Clean Driving Licence Essential.
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
