Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and culinary experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse team, ensure food safety standards, and contribute to the overall guest experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth service delivery across all food and beverage outlets.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and cooking activities to ensure quality and consistency.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including serving guests, managing reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of kitchen staff, servers, and baristas to achieve operational excellence.
Implement and monitor food safety procedures in compliance with health regulations.
Manage food production processes, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee training programmes for new team members.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with hygiene standards.
Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
Handle guest feedback professionally to resolve any issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Assist in developing menus that reflect current trends while aligning with brand standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Extensive culinary experience with skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
Supervising experience with a track record of effective team management and leadership.
Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations.
Experience working in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests alike.
A recognised qualification in hospitality management or culinary arts is advantageous.
Demonstrated commitment to high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. This position provides an engaging environment for a passionate professional eager to lead a vibrant team while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Pay: £24,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
