East Devon Golf Club is a Member’s Golf Club situated on the cliffs above Budleigh Salterton the course is one of the stars on the south Devon coast and one of the best golf courses in Devon.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented full or part time Bar Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, serving food and beverages and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer customer enquiries and provide information about products and services.
Take orders and process payments accurately.
Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
Ensure that all food safety protocols are followed.
Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Assist with the correct opening and closing procedures.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.

What you’ll bring…

Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint or coffee is poured to perfection.
A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.

The minimum age requirement for this job is 18 and will involve some daytime shifts in the week/weekend as well as occasional evenings.
