Aesthetics Lab is seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Therapist to join our Belgravia clinic - one of London's most prestigious aesthetic destinations.

The Role

Location: Belgravia Clinic, London SW1

Salary: £30,000 + commission

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 3+ years in a luxury/5-star aesthetic clinic

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct thorough consultations and skin analysis to create truly bespoke treatment plans
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments
Deliver the luxury, personalised experience that's earned us features in Elle, Marie Claire, Vanity Fair, and Harper's Bazaar
Maintain meticulous records and uphold our uncompromising safety standards

What We're Looking For

✓ Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (NVQ/VTCT or equivalent)

✓ Level 4 qualifications in laser/IPL, chemical peels, and microneedling

✓ 3+ years hands-on experience in a luxury or 5-star aesthetic clinic environment

✓ Proven track record of delivering excellent client outcomes and satisfaction

Technical Excellence

Expert in laser & IPL treatments (hair removal, pigmentation, skin rejuvenation)
Advanced facial treatments (HydraFacial, medical-grade peels and facials)
Microneedling (including RF microneedling )
Body contouring treatments (Fat Freezing, RF, HIFU, Thermage)
Deep understanding of skin conditions, contraindications, and safety protocols
