Job Summary

Roy-Al Business Support Ltd is seeking an organised and results-driven Business Operations Supervisor to oversee daily business support activities, improve operational workflows, and ensure smooth service delivery across the company. This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional with strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills who can supervise teams, monitor performance, and support business efficiency.

What You'll Do

Supervise day-to-day business operations, administrative support, and service delivery activities.
Coordinate staff schedules, workloads, task assignments, and operational priorities.
Monitor operational performance, productivity, service quality, and team output.
Review workflows, procedures, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support managers with reporting, planning, resource coordination, and process implementation.
Ensure business support tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.
Handle operational issues, staff concerns, client queries, and service delivery challenges.
Maintain records, reports, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Work with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to support smooth business operations.
Recommend practical improvements to strengthen efficiency, communication, and overall performance.

Requirements

Experience in business operations, administration, office management, business support, operations coordination, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Previous supervisory, team leader, or senior administrative experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of business operations, workflow coordination, reporting, and process improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, staff members, and operational priorities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, workflow tools, reporting platforms, and business management software.
Strong attention to detail with a practical and service-focused approach to operations.
