About Us
Dr Tim Pearce is a global education platform for medical professionals working in aesthetics.
We help practitioners become more confident, clinically excellent and commercially successful through world-class training, mentorship and our growing ProFinity ecosystem.
We're building more than courses. We're creating a thriving professional community where aesthetics practitioners can learn, connect, develop and grow their businesses.
The Role
We're looking for an energetic, commercially minded Community Marketing & Member Experience Executive to help make ProFinity a community that members actively want to participate in. This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing role sitting across community, member experience and community marketing. You'll spend a significant amount of your time interacting directly with members, both online and in person, creating community activity, supporting live sessions, capturing member stories and content, helping deliver events and turning member engagement into opportunities for deeper participation and progression. A key part of the role is being physically present within our Holmes Chapel operation. You'll work alongside our Customer Success, Marketing, Sales and Production teams and support activity taking place from our office and studio, including filming, live broadcasts, webinars, visiting members, shadowing experiences and community content creation.
You'll also build relationships with members, understand what they're trying to achieve and help connect them with the right resources, events, training and opportunities available within ProFinity.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role rather than a people-management or membership-strategy position.
Key Responsibilities
In-Person Member Experience & Live Delivery
● Be a visible and welcoming presence for members visiting our Holmes Chapel location.
● Support member visits, filming days, shadowing experiences and other in-person member activities.
● Help coordinate the member experience during on-site training, events and community activities.
● Work alongside the Production and Marketing teams during filming and content-creation sessions.
● Support the preparation and delivery of Technique Tuesday and other live broadcasts from the Holmes Chapel studio.
● Welcome attendees, introduce speakers and contribute confidently on camera or during live sessions when required.
● Capture member reactions, testimonials, success stories and behind-the-scenes content during visits and events.
● Help turn activity happening within the office and studio into engaging community content.
Community Building & Engagement
● Create and deliver a regular community content and engagement calendar.
● Start conversations that encourage members to participate, share experiences and support one another.
● Welcome new members and help them become active within the community.
● Build relationships with members and understand their professional goals and challenges.
● Identify members who have become less engaged and proactively reconnect with them.
● Encourage attendance at Technique Tuesday, onboarding, coaching sessions, webinars and events.
● Promote relevant courses, resources and membership benefits.
● Coordinate our Skinfluencers community champions and encourage consistent peer-led activity.
● Identify members who could become advocates, contributors, speakers, case studies or referral partners.
Member Relationship & Account Management
● Develop strong ongoing relationships with members across the ProFinity ecosystem.
● Understand individual members' goals and help them get the most from their membership.
● Proactively check in with members at important points in their journey.
● Signpost members towards relevant training, resources, events and support.
● Identify members who may be disengaging or at risk and take appropriate action.
● Gather member feedback and surface recurring themes to the Customer Success Manager.
● Recognise opportunities where another ProFinity product, membership or programme could genuinely support a member's next step.
Community Marketing
● Create engaging posts, campaigns and communications specifically for the existing ProFinity audience.
● Support internal campaigns around webinars, launches, events and membership initiatives.
● Turn live sessions, member conversations and activities into community content.
● Identify compelling member achievements and success stories.
● Collect testimonials, case studies and social proof, ensuring appropriate consent is obtained.
● Work directly with the Marketing team to provide authentic member stories, insights and content for external campaigns.
● Help Marketing understand what members value, the challenges they face and the results they're achieving.
● Support simple content creation including video, photography and behind-the-scenes community content.
Member Progression & Commercial Opportunities
● Identify opportunities arising naturally from member conversations and community activity.
● Understand our products sufficiently to recommend the most appropriate next step.
● Support campaigns encouraging Basic app users to explore paid membership.
● Identify existing members who may benefit from progressing through the ProFinity ecosystem.
● Follow up with members following webinars, launches and events.
● Recognise buying signals and refer appropriate high-value opportunities to the Sales team.
● Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities and follow-ups.
● Contribute towards agreed membership conversion and progression targets.
The emphasis is on consultative conversations and understanding member needs, rather than traditional cold selling.
Webinars & Community Events
● Help prepare and deliver weekly Technique Tuesday sessions and other webinars.
● Coordinate member communications before and after live sessions.
● Manage attendee interaction, questions, polls and engagement.
● Follow up with attendees and non-attendees.
● Turn webinars into follow-up community discussions and content.
● Support occasional in-person events and member experiences.
● Work flexibly when live sessions take place outside standard office hours.
Member Insight & Performance
● Monitor community engagement, webinar attendance and member activity.
● Identify patterns indicating highly engaged, disengaged or at-risk members.
● Track the performance of community campaigns and initiatives.
● Report on activity such as engagement, attendance, member conversations, testimonials and commercial opportunities.
● Share useful member insights with Customer Success, Marketing and Sales.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first six months, you will have:
● Built strong, recognisable relationships with our members.
● Increased participation within the ProFinity community.
● Created a consistent community content and engagement rhythm.
● Improved the experience of members attending our Holmes Chapel office, studio and events.
● Increased attendance and engagement across Technique Tuesday and other live sessions.
● Established a steady flow of member testimonials, stories and social proof.
● Re-engaged members who have become less active.
● Generated qualified opportunities for membership progression and sales.
● Built a close working relationship with Customer Success, Marketing, Production and Sales.
● Demonstrated measurable links between community activity, member experience, retention and commercial outcomes.
Skills & Experience

● Membership or subscription businesses.
● Community management or community marketing.
● Customer success, account management or member experience.
● Social media/community content.
● Customer engagement or relationship management.
● Light marketing and campaign activity.
You'll also need:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Confidence building relationships with customers.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a naturally outgoing approach.
● The confidence to speak on camera and contribute to webinars and live sessions.
● Good commercial awareness.
● The ability to identify opportunities without making conversations feel overly sales-driven.
● Strong organisation and follow-through.
● Confidence working across several projects and live activities at once.
● The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving office environment.
● An interest in using data to understand what's working and what isn't.
Nice to Have
● Experience within medical aesthetics, healthcare education or professional training.
● Experience with membership communities.
● Account management or customer success experience.
● Social media or content creation experience.
● Basic video or photography skills.
● Experience supporting webinars, filming or live events.
● Experience using CRM, community or customer-support platforms.
● Experience collecting testimonials or producing customer case studies.
The Person
You'll probably love this role if:
● You get energy from talking to people and bring energy to the room.
● You enjoy being part of what's happening rather than working entirely behind the scenes.
● You're good at remembering people and building relationships.
● You enjoy creating conversations and bringing communities to life.
● You're commercially aware but don't believe every conversation needs to feel like a sales pitch.
● You're happy jumping on camera or welcoming someone into the office.
● You notice great customer stories and immediately think, "We should capture that."
● You're proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
● You enjoy working closely with other people and bouncing ideas around in person.
● You care about results, but you also genuinely care about the people behind the numbers.
