Property Manager | Manchester | £30,000 – £38,000

We’re working with a respected independent lettings business in Manchester looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established agency with a strong local reputation, a supportive team environment and genuine opportunities for progression.

The Role

Managing a residential property portfolio
Handling maintenance issues from initial report through to completion
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
Coordinating repairs, compliance and remedial works
Carrying out property inspections
Managing tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle

About You

Previous experience as a Property Manager or Residential Property Manager
Strong understanding of residential lettings and tenancy management
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional, proactive and customer focused
