Full job description

We are 4 Day Week employer

Purpose of the role

To provide reception, referral, and information to clients in a flexible, respectful and non-judgemental manner, including referring to others, and answering queries; keeping up-to-date records and files; using IT systems and word-processing as appropriate.

Essential criteria

Experience/understanding of confidentiality issues for young people accessing sexual health services
Previous receptionist or administrative experience
Experience of telephone work, for example managing and directing incoming calls and supporting clients over the phone
Experience of record keeping, including updating basic client information and filing and storage of records
Experience of word processing and inputting and retrieving information from a computer system

About the role:

Hours: Part-Time 15 Hours per week

(Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary)

Salary: £26,227.5 per annum pro rata
