Part-Time Administrator

Location: Market Harborough
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 20–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 9:00am and 3:00pm)

We are looking for an organised and reliable Part-Time Administrator to join our team.

This is a busy and varied role within a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the business, managing a high volume of emails and enquiries, coordinating schedules, maintaining records and providing administrative support to the management team.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and comfortable working in a demanding, high-volume office environment where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

Managing emails, telephone calls and general enquiries
Providing administrative support to managers and the wider team
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Scheduling and coordinating activities and staff requirements
Producing reports, letters and correspondence as required
Processing paperwork and updating internal systems
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
General administrative duties as required

Requirements

Previous administration experience is essential
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional, reliable and proactive approach

£12.71 per hour

Monday to Friday working pattern
Working hours between 9:00am and 3:00pm
