Full job description

SEERS Medical Ltd is the leading UK manufacturer of Medical Couches, Patient Trolleys and Ergonomic Seating. Products are designed & manufactured at our headquarters in Debenham, Suffolk.

We are seeking a detail-orientated Technical Administrator to join our team. This role involves assisting with technical documentation and quality / regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the production of technical files, user instructions, service manuals and data sheets
Supporting with the request and maintenance of regulatory and compliance documentation
Creating, adding and amending Bills of Material on SAGE
Assisting with the implementation of design change, including completion of documents for design reviews
Assisting with the compilation of policies and procedures within the QMS
Supporting the After Sales department with technical documents on request
Providing administrative support for audits, inspections, and certification processes.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required

Essential

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high quality work.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision

Desirable

Previous experience of Sage 200
Knowledge of technical and quality systems
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 13485

This is a full time, on site role working 8.30am - 4.30pm, Mon - Fri. Successful applicants must be able to commute to our location every day.

25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.

Salary from £24,863.00 p/a, dependent on experience.
