Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (4-Day Week)
Salary: £29,640 basic (£15 per hour) | Realistic OTE £35,000
Overtime: Paid at £22.50 per hour
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence Required

The Role

Love Colour Ltd is looking for an experienced, reliable Painter & Decorator to join our growing team, delivering premium domestic decorating projects across Newcastle and the North East.

You'll work on high-quality residential properties, taking pride in producing exceptional finishes while delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys their trade, works to a high standard and wants to be part of a professional, supportive team.

What You'll Need

Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator.
Experience working in domestic properties (high-end domestic experience is desirable).
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
Good communication and customer service skills.
