What You Will Be Doing

Carry out daily maintenance tasks, including routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and reactive repairs
To assist in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and guests, and to ensure all audits, both internal and external, are satisfactory
To complete and maintain documentation in line with health and safety regulations relating to water, fire, electrical equipment, appliances, and other technical requirements
To liaise with contractors on site, ensuring they are signed in, have completed all necessary permits to work, and that relevant staff are aware of their presence
In the event of an emergency, to know the location of, and how to isolate, all valves, switches, power supplies, and drain runs throughout the hotel
